Why BeSampann

Sampann means more than wealth.

A Sanskrit word that signifies abundance, prosperity, and completeness — possessing all the qualities needed to lead a fulfilling life. That is the philosophy behind BeSampann.

The Philosophy
BeSampann was not created to teach people how to invest. It was created to help people make better life decisions through better financial decisions.

The Inherited Script

What we were taught success looks like.

  • · Study till 22
  • · Marry by 25
  • · Children before 30
  • · Work tirelessly for three decades
  • · Retire at 60

That was considered success. No one questioned it.

What We Teach Instead

A new script, built on freedom and confidence.

  • · Insurance is responsibility, not expense
  • · Planning is about freedom, not riches
  • · Wealth is built by habits, not income
  • · Independence can arrive at 40, not 60
  • · Confidence compounds like money

Wealth isn't just a bank balance. It's peace of mind, freedom of choice, and the confidence to live life on your own terms. Real success isn't earning more — it's becoming Sampann.

Why Financial Literacy Matters

Most people spend years preparing for careers, and almost no time learning how money works.

The result is a generation of capable young adults who feel quietly anxious about money — not because they lack ability, but because no one ever sat them down and explained the basics.

  • Managing a first salary
  • Budgeting & saving
  • Understanding investments
  • Evaluating financial products
  • Building long-term wealth habits
  • Avoiding common financial mistakes
Our Philosophy

Three ideas behind everything we teach.

01

Practical Learning

Real-world financial decisions explained simply, with the numbers that actually matter in everyday life.

02

Clarity Over Complexity

Making finance understandable without jargon — because confusion is what financial products are sold into.

03

Long-Term Thinking

Habits and decision-making skills that compound quietly over a lifetime, not tricks that flatter the present.

About the Founder

Dr. Ashu Handa

Chartered Accountant · Company Secretary · Ph.D. in Economics · LL.B.

Dr. Handa qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary in 2006, earned his Ph.D. in Economics in 2012, and completed his LL.B. in 2026. He began his career at 23 with a boutique investment banking firm in Delhi, then spent over a decade in senior finance roles — first with a London-listed renewable energy IPP in Hyderabad, where he helped raise nearly ₹8,000 crore of debt financing across 28+ banks and four multilateral agencies.

In 2017 he became Chief Financial Officer of KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited, operator of India's fourth-largest private thermal power plant, where he raised over ₹2,000 crore and helped steer the company through its landmark acquisition by JSW Energy. In 2024, after nearly two decades in corporate leadership, he stepped away from executive roles to advise businesses and to pursue a larger purpose — helping individuals build financial confidence. That purpose became BeSampann.

“True success is not measured only by the wealth we create for ourselves, but by the knowledge we pass on to others.”
